Description

  • Administer federal, state, and local contracts across the full lifecycle from proposal preparation through closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, including technical, business development, subcontracts, and accounting groups.
  • Ensure contract compliance with terms, regulatory requirements, and internal procurement policies.
  • Partner with technical and business leads to develop compliant and competitive proposals.
  • Prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessments.
  • Support contract negotiation and administration activities to drive successful execution.
  • Manage contract closeout activities and resolve outstanding items accurately and on time.
  • Apply procurement policies, procedures, and best practices across contract work.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients on contractual issues and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and/or local government contracts.
  • Prime contractor experience in professional services is preferred.
  • Experience with GSA Multiple Award Schedules, U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract types including CPFF, T&M, and FFP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in proposal pricing, contract negotiation, and problem solving.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
