Description

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and engage prospects by phone and email.
  • Respond promptly to leads across all lead channels.
  • Learn and manage leads in a CRM platform.
  • Use a commercial lines comparative rating platform to support quoting and sales.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
  • Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books.
  • Prepare quote comparison reviews and explain coverage differences to prospects and clients.
  • Use EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System according to established standards.
  • Attend required training, onboarding, and educational sessions.
  • Work toward an annual target revenue goal of approximately $75,000 in new revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license required, with in-progress licensing considered if completion occurs before start date.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement.
  • Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
  • Ability to present, communicate, and build trust with confidence and expertise.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
  • Experience working with a high volume of leads and a sales-driven environment is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and proactively build new lead sources.
  • Experience using CRM and comparative rating tools is preferred.

  • National target hourly base pay of $21.00–$25.64 plus commissions, targeting an additional 30% of base compensation.
