Description

  • Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for web applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, negative, and integration testing across product features.
  • Validate accounting, AR/AP payments, user permissions, and other multi-step workflows.
  • Document defects with reproduction steps, evidence, and severity classifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in test-readiness reviews and provide production release sign-off.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and defects in a structured, objective manner.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web applications.
  • Strong ability to write comprehensive test cases and defect reports.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms.
  • Ability to reason about complex financial, multi-step, and data-driven workflows.
  • Basic REST API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently in remote, fast-paced, project-driven teams.
  • Experience with SaaS products in fintech, payments, or enterprise workflow systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD release rhythms and agile delivery cadences preferred.
  • Exposure to testing in AI-assisted development environments preferred.
  • Understanding of secure data-handling practices in finance or compliance-related domains preferred.
  • Applicants must be located in Latin America.

Benefits
