Description

  • Identify and prospect enterprise customers (property management companies) in the West Region and generate qualified leads.
  • Convert leads into clients through consultative selling, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand needs and position Entrata solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Emphasize product features and value propositions, answer product questions, and handle objections.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, CRM records, and pipeline; perform consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, support, and other teams to ensure customer success.
  • Represent Entrata at regional and national trade shows, apartment associations, and local events.
  • Work remotely while managing required local and regional travel and periodic visits to Entrata headquarters.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of technology/software sales experience (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry (preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales results with ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Strong presentation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory with local/regional travel.
  • Personal qualities: ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, discipline, and social intelligence.
  • Experience selling CRM software and knowledge of property management software (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; existing relationships within property management and familiarity with industry trends are a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency to support diverse clients (preferred).
