Description

  • Support long-term product strategy and vision through customer research, market analysis, and internal priority assessment.
  • Define product value statements, performance metrics, and customer feedback loops.
  • Conduct market validation through customer conversations, interviews, and research.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and align work with product strategy and roadmap guidance.
  • Draft epics, user stories, product requirements, and documentation.
  • Prepare materials and recommendations for product strategy and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Services on product delivery and go-to-market activities.
  • Provide product information and training support to Sales and Services teams.
  • Evaluate feature requests for viability, scope, and alignment with product goals.
  • Use AI tools, prompting, automation, and agent-based workflows to improve research, analysis, product delivery, and team efficiency.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for drift, hallucinations, bias, and inefficiencies, recommending process or prompt improvements.
  • Travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, a relevant advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of product management or related software industry experience.
  • Experience contributing to product teams or supporting product development activities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of product management principles, customer needs, and company processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced prompting and context-engineering expertise, including multi-step logic, recursion, and context chaining.
  • Working knowledge of transformer-based LLMs, attention mechanisms, tokenization, context windows, RAG, fine-tuning, and model failure modes.
  • Experience designing AI-augmented workflows and integrating LLMs or agents with APIs, vector databases, or code execution environments.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for drift, hallucinations, bias, and inefficiency and refine prompts or workflows.
  • Experience using AI for analytics, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and significant productivity improvements.
  • Ability to protect proprietary and personally identifiable information when using AI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and meet deadlines.
