Description

  • Design, develop, and implement risk assessment and business continuity frameworks to support enterprise resilience.
  • Support multi-language, multi-platform, and multi-operating system environments to ensure interoperability and integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and software solutions for identity governance and operational needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on automation and identity governance solutions for complex information processing challenges.
  • Deliver customer support using enterprise software solutions across business areas in open systems and client-server architectures.
  • Analyze data processing requirements and plan identity governance systems for projected workloads and enterprise needs.
  • Plan, design, and oversee installation or modification of new and existing identity governance systems.
  • Configure and manage hybrid computing systems to support scientific, engineering, and enterprise identity workloads.
  • Develop applications using Oracle Identity Governance protocols and related Oracle IAM components.
  • Build and deploy internet-based applications and integrate identity governance components across directories, databases, operating systems, network devices, application servers, identity providers, SOA, and web/API-driven platforms.

Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance.
  • At least 10 years of expert systems engineering experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle environments on Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, or SOA-based platforms (12c or higher).
  • Experience supporting web-based applications in a DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Middleware, networking, Linux and Windows operating systems, and Java programming.
  • Experience with LDAP directories, databases, operating systems, network devices, application servers such as WebLogic or IIS, identity providers, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience with web-based and API-driven programming languages such as Java and .NET.
  • Experience in enterprise integration and modern identity governance architectures (preferred).
