Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers interested in Entera listings or offers.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads provided by Entera.
  • Qualify prospects, present opportunities, negotiate offers, and move deals forward using Entera’s sales playbooks and processes.
  • Use sales scripts and materials, and help improve them based on what is working best.
  • Manage multiple deals at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and momentum.
  • Build knowledge of local market conditions and common single-family investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agents to resolve issues and keep transactions moving.
  • Track activity, update systems, and complete administrative reporting tasks.
  • Represent Entera professionally and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team culture.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license, or an inactive license eligible for reactivation.
  • Experience as a realtor with hands-on, high-volume transaction experience.
  • 100+ career transactions strongly preferred.
  • Experience in institutional buyer, brokerage, or investor-focused real estate environments is a plus.
  • Ability to manage many deals at once, potentially 75-100 per week.
  • Experience with CRM systems, deal management tools, listing platforms, or similar transaction workflow software.
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes while using judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Professional, consistent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Real estate licenses in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas will receive special consideration.
  • Ability to work a temporary full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for approximately 6 months, with possible extension or conversion.
