Description

  • Promote and drive executive client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultative alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue and create new opportunities across Ensono’s end-to-end portfolio.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for deals and ensure proper execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Regularly monitor sales trends and market dynamics and incorporate insights into account strategy and planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, Operational and Delivery teams to provide domain expertise and represent Ensono.
  • Serve as a trusted IT advisor and participate in clients’ strategic planning, articulating technology and product positioning from a business perspective.
  • Communicate effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, translating business and product value.
  • Challenge current thinking and the status quo to drive results and innovation.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow the sales team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client executives to ensure world-class delivery and customer service.

Requirements

  • Senior-level sales leadership experience, including management of high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales experience, preferably in technology and managed services solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Significant experience managing, reporting, and accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities and clients with multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
  • Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
  • Broad relationship development and networking experience with senior business and IT staff.
  • Ability to technically consult with C-level executives and articulate technology/product positioning from a business perspective.
  • Organized, analytical, creative, adaptive, with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (a plus).

Benefits

  • Base salary range $185,000 to $293,000 annually (placement varies by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs).
  • Eligibility for role-based sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under the Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
