Description

  • Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and strategic relationships to drive account and revenue growth.
  • Create, sustain, and expand senior-level client relationships and executive engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultative guidance that aligns client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations for new and existing business in partnership with Legal.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and customers on solution design, value propositions, and pricing scenarios.
  • Develop and deliver prospective client proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Represent Ensono at conferences, seminars, and other field events to promote services and generate leads.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and grow the account executive team to scale sales capability.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle including pipeline management, accurate forecasting, SFDC processes, and execution to close complex deals while challenging the status quo to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • 15+ years selling technology and managed service solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or over-achieving sales targets and increasing deal close rates using a structured qualification process.
  • Significant experience managing, reporting, and accurately forecasting sales pipelines and operating within Sales Operations/SFDC frameworks.
  • Experience in deal creation, deal planning, deal structuring, and managing/closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience with managed services, hosting, public cloud, mainframe, security, and outsourcing offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate technology/product positioning from a business perspective.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and cultivate strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, including technical consultation with C-level executives.
  • Organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive with strong teamwork and coaching capabilities.
  • Preferred: strong empathy, self-awareness, interpersonal skills, curiosity to deeply understand client businesses, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
