Description

  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops with clients.
  • Set and manage customer expectations throughout engagements.
  • Own the end-to-end scope of solutions across multiple domains.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable project components and determine the best approach.
  • Present deliverables to client executive leadership.
  • Support business development through client discovery meetings and opportunity qualification.
  • Help develop strawman proposals, project scopes, and client proposals.
  • Represent service offerings during the sales cycle and present technical solutions to C-level executives.
  • Develop and enhance Ensono’s advisory services, consulting offerings, and deployment services.
  • Act as a technology thought leader, evangelist, and mentor to team members.

Requirements

  • Senior-level consulting experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior IT leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives such as cloud adoption, automation, platform engineering, or agile-at-scale adoption.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive technology consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle principles.
  • Experience evaluating and recommending migration paths for mainframe modernization.
  • Knowledge of modern architecture patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures for mainframe applications.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, executive presence, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems and act as a technology change agent.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
