Description

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery with prospective clients by analyzing existing district systems such as SIS, LMS, and assessment platforms.
  • Design tailored integration solutions that fit within a prospective customer’s broader technology ecosystem.
  • Support sales presentations and product demonstrations, including technical discussions of Panorama’s platform and AI capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle to help prospects evaluate platform fit and implementation approach.
  • Assist the RFP team with product-fit evaluation and drafting responses for bids.
  • Present to district leaders, board members, and other decision makers in person or virtually as needed.
  • Lead customer discussions on Panorama’s Safe and Responsible AI approach, infrastructure, and safeguards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and inform product improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to sales team members on positioning Panorama’s solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Panorama’s products, educational technology trends, competitive solutions, and security standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level sales processes, including technical discovery, presentations, and proposal creation.
  • Strong knowledge of educational technology systems and integrations with SIS, LMS, and other district-level platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for designing client-focused technical solutions.
  • Passion for education and using technology to improve outcomes for students.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or higher (preferred).
  • Experience working in K-12 (preferred).
  • Experience with pre-sales activities in SaaS or EdTech (preferred).
  • Experience working with AI skills, agents, or custom tool development (preferred).
  • Experience in special education, MTSS, or EdTech integration (preferred).
