Description

  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
  • Handle incidents and perform hands-on troubleshooting to diagnose problems.
  • Analyze data and identify patterns across cases to support root-cause understanding.
  • Document issues accurately and maintain clear ticket updates and technical records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with senior support engineers and operations teams on issue resolution.
  • Support the diagnosis and resolution of customer-facing application problems.
  • Participate in learning and following support workflows, escalation paths, and SLA-driven processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software fundamentals, including programming concepts, APIs, and data flow.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems in a structured and methodical way.
  • Comfort working with logs, dashboards, and other technical tools.
  • Clear written communication skills for technical documentation and ticket updates.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn support workflows, escalation paths, and SLA-driven work.
  • Internship, academic projects, or labs involving debugging or system analysis are preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk is preferred.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools, databases, or cloud environments is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of incident management or support processes is preferred.
  • Skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development are noted; AdTech experience is a plus.
