Description

  • Design and maintain scalable test automation solutions across multiple projects.
  • Lead quality engineering initiatives and help set testing direction for the team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on quality needs and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
  • Create test strategies, test plans, and test cases for quality assurance efforts.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows.
  • Monitor test reporting and quality metrics to support release confidence.
  • Perform data validation and backend troubleshooting using SQL.
  • Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, planning, and estimation.
  • Identify risks and communicate status, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
  • 4+ years of test automation experience.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Experience with web application automation testing.
  • Experience with API testing and automation.
  • Experience with test strategy, test planning, and test case design.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one modern language.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration, Git, test reporting, and quality metrics.
  • SQL experience and ability to perform data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching engineers.
  • Experience with project planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
