Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
  • Balance manual exploratory testing with long-term automation strategy.
  • Implement AI-driven testing solutions for test generation, self-healing, and reporting.
  • Establish and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies early in the lifecycle.
  • Ensure testability is built into applications from design through delivery.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
  • Analyze test results, identify gaps, and continuously improve coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, and AI tools.
  • Strong ability to balance tactical manual testing with strategic automation efforts.
  • Mastery of automation foundations such as Page Object Model (POM) and Page Component Object Model (PCOM).
  • Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman, REST Assured, and SOAP UI.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
  • Foundational and working knowledge of LLMs and Gen AI or Agentic AI testing frameworks such as OpenAI and Claude.
  • Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and TestRail.
  • Well-versed in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to establish automation practices, coding standards, and reusable component libraries across teams and projects.
  • Experience partnering with developers and product owners to define test strategies and improve testability from day one.
