Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to streamline and automate customer support workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Design and manage complex Salesforce screen flows and Omni-Channel configurations.
  • Improve operational efficiency, scalability, responsiveness, and resolution times within the support organization.
  • Provide internal teams with support and actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing case backlog and increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience, including case management and support operations.
  • Experience reducing workloads and automating customer support workflows.
  • Proficiency building complex Salesforce screen flows.
  • Problem-solving ability and experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering measurable operational improvements.
  • Salesforce Omni-Channel and OmniStudio experience preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Connect telephony integration preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agentforce preferred.
  • Must be based in Latin America; this is a contractor position.
