Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the travel management product area.
  • Lead a team of product managers and coordinate delivery across engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market.
  • Set vision, priorities, resource allocation, and goals for the travel management products and team.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term product strategy across the broader product area.
  • Partner with cross-functional design and engineering leaders to define the team’s overarching strategy.
  • Own product areas including roles, permissions, account setup, travel policies, reporting, insights, and strategic integrations.
  • Drive end-to-end execution for the travel management function that powers the company’s business travel platform.
  • Work directly in the product when needed to support decision-making and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years of people management or group product management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience launching successful financial products at scale.
  • Strong customer focus with UX instincts and analytical rigor.
  • Comfort and experience working with technical teams.
  • Hands-on, collaborative mindset with a builder mentality.
  • Ability to scale a new product from the ground up.
