Description

  • Design and execute quarterly compliance testing and quality control reviews of controls.
  • Document testing results and findings to support audit defensibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on compliance reviews for new product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day governance of the Compliance Management System (CMS).
  • Provide oversight for BSA/AML compliance, regulatory change tracking, and policy maintenance.
  • Quality-check automated outputs to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage complaint trend reporting and related compliance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with banking partner and regulatory standards across product lines.
  • Support clients and internal stakeholders with compliance insights and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services compliance.
  • Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring.
  • Experience collaborating in fast-paced, innovative, lean-team environments with high ownership expectations.
  • Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, JIRA, SEON, or compliance automation tools.
  • Ability to work through applications submitted by 10/23/26, or earlier if the role is filled.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid-hub model or fully remote environment, depending on role needs.
