Description

  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy across consulting, staffing, accounting and financial advisory, systems integrators, GPOs, and private equity and venture capital firms.
  • Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements with enterprise organizations.
  • Expand Engine’s Perks program by securing partnerships that position the platform as a travel benefit for employees, consultants, and members.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite leaders and senior partners at target organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to launch and support new partnerships.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for the corporate networks program.
  • Build scalable go-to-market motions that drive multi-million dollar revenue streams through partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Proven track record selling SaaS or technology solutions into professional services firms.
  • Mastery of the one-to-many sales motion and partner-led scaling models.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to build data-driven ROI business cases.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with C-suite executives and senior partners.
  • Experience with B2B2C partnership models.
  • Ability to position a product as an employee or member benefit to corporate leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working with complex, high-value partnership deals (preferred).
