Description

  • Design and deliver AI-powered advisors, assistants, and analytic agents that reason over organizational data and context.
  • Build and maintain production-ready Python services and backend components that support AI applications.
  • Apply, adapt, and fine-tune foundation models such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude for reliable AI experiences.
  • Architect agentic AI systems that coordinate reasoning, planning, memory, and tool use.
  • Design and improve RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded approaches for grounded AI responses.
  • Develop, test, and iterate on prompting strategies, agent behaviors, and interaction patterns.
  • Enable conversational analytics so users can explore data and generate insights through natural language.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to move AI capabilities from prototype to scalable features.
  • Monitor emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI trends and translate them into product innovation.
  • Communicate AI concepts, tradeoffs, and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in applied AI, data science, or machine learning, with meaningful hands-on generative AI experience.
  • Strong Python expertise and experience building data-centric or AI-driven production services.
  • Practical experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.
  • Deep skill in prompt engineering, including structured prompt design, evaluation, and iteration for complex reasoning tasks.
  • Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts such as multi-agent coordination, planning, tool invocation, and memory.
  • Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures, including vector search and knowledge-grounded reasoning.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, or Autogen.
  • Track record of delivering production-quality AI solutions, including testing, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI behavior, limitations, and outcomes clearly.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces with curiosity and strong ownership.
  • Experience embedding AI into SaaS or enterprise products, especially user-facing decision-support systems, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience designing or implementing MCP servers, preferred.
  • Experience using AI to interrogate data, generate insights, and support analytical reasoning via natural language interfaces, preferred.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search tools such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma, preferred.
  • Experience supporting AI-driven insights with analytics pipelines or data visualization, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerized deployment with Docker or Kubernetes, preferred.
  • Interest or background in HR Tech, people science, employee experience, or organizational analytics, preferred.

  • Annual salary range of $175,000 to $195,000 based on relevant experience.
