Description

  • Design and produce assets across digital and print formats, including social graphics, paid ads, email headers, web banners, print collateral, sales decks, and one-pagers.
  • Deliver production-ready files accurately, on brief, and on time.
  • Maintain and update brand asset libraries and templates.
  • Apply the Fresh Prints brand system with precision and identify when briefs would create off-brand work.
  • Propose alternatives that protect brand consistency while improving the final output.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director on campaigns and launches.
  • Interpret briefs, audience needs, and asset purpose to create effective designs.
  • Receive, process, and respond to creative feedback quickly and constructively.
  • Communicate clearly about timelines, constraints, and tradeoffs.
  • Contribute ideas and critical thinking to help improve the quality of campaign work.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Figma proficiency for collaborative design and file sharing.
  • A portfolio showing range across digital and print formats and an eye for craft.
  • Strong design fundamentals in type, hierarchy, color, and layout.
  • Ability to work quickly and consistently without letting quality slip.
  • Comfort giving informed opinions and speaking up about how work can be improved.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and separate feedback on work from feedback on self.
  • Strong questioning and problem-solving skills before starting work.
  • Ambition to grow into an Art Director or Creative Director role in the future.
