Description

  • Set and uphold a high creative bar for Life360’s brand work.
  • Build and evolve the brand system, including visual foundations, design kits, and patterns.
  • Own projects end to end from early concept through final execution.
  • Design brand experiences across digital, social, paid media, product launches, packaging, retail, and real-world environments.
  • Balance consistency with fresh expression across brand touchpoints.
  • Challenge assumptions and push beyond obvious creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Present ideas clearly, explain design decisions, and advocate for strong creative direction.
  • Contribute actively to critiques and working sessions to improve the quality of the work and the process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand design, ideally across agency and/or B2C in-house teams.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, systems, concepts, and polished execution.
  • Proven experience building or contributing to brand systems that scale across multiple channels.
  • Understanding of how brand, product, and marketing intersect.
  • Strong taste across typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfort owning work independently while collaborating closely with creative leadership and partners.
  • Ability to present work clearly, defend decisions thoughtfully, and incorporate feedback without losing your point of view.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to alignment, consistency, and craft.
