Description

  • Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures to support the PULSE clinical trial platform.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server databases, including advanced stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and data integrity through best practices, reviews, and standards.
  • Leverage pharmaceutical and clinical domain knowledge to inform solution design and decision making.
  • Work across diverse applications and business groups and proactively adopt new technologies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years focused on SQL Server database design and development.
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft development stack, including .NET and C#.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical domain is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working across diverse applications and business groups and quick to learn new technologies.
