Description

  • Collaborate with clients to define initial system requirements and document enhancements for major changes to existing builds.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on client clinical study protocols for moderate to high complexity studies.
  • Author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and system interfaces.
  • Partner with internal teams to move projects through all phases of the development process.
  • Support user acceptance testing setup and execution.
  • Maintain continuous learning on the company platform and offerings as they evolve.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure systems meet protocol needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant IRT industry experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst role.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
  • Prior experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals.
