Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, task leads, and the project manager to resolve deliverable issues.
  • Serve as the primary reviewer for products, deliverables, and artifacts submitted to the government.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Provide technical editing support for contract products and documentation.
  • Track deliverable due dates and notify task leads of pending requirements.
  • Submit deliverables to designated repositories, including portals, SharePoint, and RTS, in accordance with the PWS.
  • Provide and update Monthly Status Report templates through Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain version control and document-management practices in SharePoint.
  • Attend required briefs and meetings and support task leads as needed.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Current DoD Secret clearance with the ability to maintain it.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • Five years of experience in technical writing, reviewing, or editing.
  • Familiarity with IT and/or cybersecurity environments.
  • Ability to perform quality assurance for contract deliverables.
  • Experience preparing and presenting technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally as required.
