Description

  • Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for the Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents service lines.
  • Provide executive oversight of operational performance to ensure revenue targets, client outcomes, and efficiency goals are achieved.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and manage Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents claims efficiently.
  • Analyze Motor Vehicle Accidents trends and complex claim issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators across the service lines.
  • Lead long-term capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation to support scalable and profitable growth.
  • Drive standardization and optimization of processes, tools, and workflows to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and system or process improvements.
  • Serve as an executive escalation point for complex client, operational, or performance issues.
  • Develop and mentor senior leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex claims, including Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-layered operational teams and developing senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance, forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing executive stakeholders in a client-facing or client support environment.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, complex claims, payer behavior, provider contracts, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or leading through M&A integrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and decisions.
