Description

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the implementation team.
  • Define and manage project scope, budget, timeline, and critical path.
  • Create work breakdown structures and initial project plans with project teams.
  • Onboard delivery resources and assign work to team members.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Produce status reports, dashboards, documentation, and governance updates.
  • Monitor timesheets, expenses, and budget versus actuals, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and resource managers.
  • Support project teams by ensuring Enable/Flintfox methodologies, tools, and templates are used properly.
  • Raise work orders, handle change requests, and ensure billable work is tracked and billed correctly.
  • Provide functional consultancy support as needed, including requirements definition, application design, configuration, issue triage, and testing support.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience.
  • Project management certification or qualification such as Prince2, PMI, or APM.
  • Knowledge of ERP processes and experience implementing ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles and the development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with business processes, gathering requirements, and defining and managing scope.
  • Travel may be required, typically up to 20%, and occasionally up to 50% or more.
  • Experience with Flintfox and Dynamics ERP products is preferred.
  • Functional consultancy experience in requirements, application design, configuration, issue triage, and testing support is a plus.
