Description

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune device management policies.
  • Deploy and manage applications and software updates through Intune.
  • Implement and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance settings.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for device enrollment, configuration, and management issues.
  • Monitor device health, security posture, and compliance deviations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline Intune operations.
  • Support lifecycle management of corporate-owned devices, including acquisition, management, and retirement.
  • Configure and enforce Intune app protection policies for company-owned and BYOD devices.
  • Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, usage, and management activities.
  • Collaborate with IT support, security, compliance, procurement, and hardware vendors, and maintain documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Valid NATO SECRET security clearance or national equivalent prior to start.
  • Nationality of one of the NATO nations.
  • Experience working as a Cloud Engineer or Intune Device Management specialist in a Level 2/3 support environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, M365 device management, and security/compliance best practices.
  • Experience with device enrollment, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for corporate devices.
  • Experience developing automation scripts and tools for operational efficiency.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and provide training or knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, including handling complex and sensitive situations under pressure.
  • Full proficiency in English; French language proficiency is an advantage.
