Description

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with up to 30 franchise owners.
  • Conduct business assessments to identify opportunities, challenges, and growth goals.
  • Develop customized action plans to improve franchise performance and drive results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, coaching, and accountability.
  • Lead regular coaching calls to review KPIs and performance trends.
  • Partner with franchisees to create and execute short- and long-term business plans.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars on key business topics.
  • Evaluate franchise operations for efficiency, scalability, and brand compliance.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance and recommend improvements in staffing, scheduling, pricing, and service delivery.
  • Partner with brand leadership on system-wide initiatives, regional trainings, and vendor-related support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in franchise support, business consulting, or small business ownership.
  • Operations, sales, or leadership experience in the roofing industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-unit operations and key business metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence business owners to improve performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs and business goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking platforms.
