Description

  • Own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across priority segments.
  • Develop and scale account-based marketing and segment-based programs for targeted audiences.
  • Build and execute partner marketing and co-marketing programs with strategic partners.
  • Own webinars, field events, and industry tradeshows from strategy through execution.
  • Manage the end-to-end handoff from marketing to sales, including follow-up strategy and enablement.
  • Lead and develop a small demand generation team, setting priorities and improving performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize programs using data.
  • Bring structure to evolving needs and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or growth roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech, with preference for HR industry experience.
  • Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and segment-driven strategies.
  • Experience running virtual and in-person events, plus partner or co-marketing programs.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports with accountability for performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales and other GTM teams.
  • Comfort using data to measure success and optimize marketing programs.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive work to completion.
  • Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or adjacent categories is a plus, but not required.
