Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI capabilities across Employ’s platform.
  • Identify AI opportunities that simplify workflows, improve productivity, and create customer value.
  • Lead development of AI assistants, agents, conversational experiences, recommendations, automation, and content-generation features.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with design to create intuitive, trusted, and user-centered AI experiences.
  • Define success metrics and use customer feedback, experimentation, analytics, and market research to improve products.
  • Partner with legal, privacy, and compliance teams on responsible AI, transparency, explainability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Balance innovation with reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market activities for AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products.
  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered products or partnering closely with AI, machine learning, or data science teams.
  • Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision-making.
  • Experience translating emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience in recruiting, HR technology, or enterprise workflow software preferred.
  • Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, agents, large language models, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, or responsible AI preferred.
