Description

  • Create and integrate advanced models and solutions into the marketing technology platform to support decision-making.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness using attribution analysis, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for marketing budget allocation.
  • Own end-to-end data science workflows, including data preparation, model training, and evaluation.
  • Develop, improve, and promote best practices for machine learning, advanced statistics, and predictive modeling within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Explain technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating models in production.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in computer science, applied mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong and demonstrable knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methodologies, especially Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA), is preferred.
  • Experience designing, calibrating, and translating MMM/MTA model outputs into investment recommendations is preferred.
  • Strong experience with Python and common machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, MLOps, and version control.
  • First-hand experience deploying, maintaining, and updating models in production is preferred.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
