Description

  • Own the end-to-end solution design for finance-related processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Translate business needs into practical solution designs through workshops and in-depth analysis with Business Consultants.
  • Guide the configuration of ERP finance modules and coordinate developers, functional consultants, and implementation partners through delivery.
  • Keep solutions simple, scalable, compliant, and aligned with Emma's target operating model.
  • Establish and maintain governance for configuration management, environments, sandbox strategy, testing, and release management.
  • Document design decisions and ensure they are signed off and traceable.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Functional Managers team with clear feedback and functional leadership.
  • Support version upgrade cycles and shape the long-term ERP roadmap with Product and Engineering.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing, and automating platform and team operations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, ideally also Business Central.
  • Strong expertise in Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Tax, and financial reporting.
  • Several full lifecycle FSCM and/or Business Central implementations, migrations, or major rollouts across multiple markets and industries.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience managing Functional Managers or senior consultants.
  • Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes and their mapping to standard D365 Finance functionality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly between finance and technology and write strong solution design documents.
  • Experience working with agile methods in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Business Central alongside FSCM is a plus.
  • Exposure to FSCM/BC ISV solutions such as e-invoicing, tax, banking, or credit management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and Copilot capabilities in the Microsoft stack is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with interfaces between D365 and other systems, including APIs, integration patterns, and data flows is a plus.
  • Microsoft D365 Finance certifications such as MB-310 or MB-700 are a plus.
  • Must be based in Portugal or Germany.
