Description

  • Expand the client base and grow the product portfolio with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage account performance, identify issues early, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into contracts.
  • Build strong client relationships and design tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Design, launch, and evaluate promotional plans for each client.
  • Visit stores and clients in person to assess needs, promote products, and set up POS materials.
  • Train store sales teams to sell the company’s products effectively.

Requirements

  • Sales instinct with a proven ability to close deals and grow business profitably.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self-starter mindset with the independence to work without close supervision.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to keep learning and identify new opportunities.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in C2 English; additional EU languages are a strong plus.
  • Sales experience in bedding or furniture is a bonus, but not required.
  • Valid driving license.
