Description

Build and lead a front-end development squad.
Design, implement, and deploy platform features and improvements.
Maintain and improve existing React.js systems.
Develop new user-facing features for the hiring platform.
Build reusable code and libraries to support future scale.
Work closely with Product and UX teams to define the platform usability roadmap.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across functions.
Identify and implement improvements in core infrastructure and architecture.
Train new team members on software development, testing, and documentation best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of front-end software development experience.
Experience with Node.js or another server-side language such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
Experience building front-end applications with component-based JavaScript frameworks like React or Next.js.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency for internal collaboration.
Experience with current front-end architecture best practices, including performance, security, and usability.
Familiarity with product and design life cycles.
Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to think big, start small, and grow fast.
Ability to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty.
Experience building component libraries with styled-components (nice to have).
Experience with a cloud provider such as AWS (nice to have).
Open to candidates located in Argentina only.
