Description

  • Support internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer.
  • Investigate, resolve, and document incidents.
  • Deploy new and maintain existing corporate cloud services, including payments, policy management, and data backup.
  • Deploy new and maintain existing corporate on-premises services, including backup, monitoring, logging, and metrics.
  • Perform on-call duties and shift work.
  • Maintain service availability and reliability across infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Linux-based operating systems, preferably Ubuntu Server.
  • Experience deploying and administering web services, including proxying and high-availability setups.
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Experience with web servers such as Apache or Nginx.
  • Experience working with Docker.
  • Familiarity with cloud workspace administration, including policies, APIs, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Experience with cloud workspaces such as Google Workspace or Yandex 360, including federations, SSO, policy management, and object management.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Preferred experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, or Yandex.Cloud.
  • Preferred basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.
