Description

  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions based on impact and feasibility.
  • Prototype AI solutions and bring them to a working state without requiring development support.
  • Enable the independent use of AI tools across business teams and workflows.
  • Define, evaluate, and manage metrics for AI effectiveness across P&L, customer, and employee outcomes.
  • Monitor the AI tools market and integrate suitable solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Drive the development of an internal AI community focused on practical business problems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and implement process changes.
  • Track operational efficiency and other business metrics to assess AI implementation results.

Requirements

  • Experience applying AI and LLMs to solve real-world business problems in implementation settings, not research.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and AI tools, including prompting, orchestration, no-code/low-code tools, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics such as P&L, unit economics, customer metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to independently identify use cases and deliver solutions to a working state without development involvement.
  • Ability to quickly learn new AI tools and apply them to specific tasks.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and implementing process changes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Preferred: experience building or developing an internal AI community.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of data and data science sufficient to assess limitations and risks.
