Description

  • Provide direct support to students by phone, email, and online chat.
  • Engage with students to resolve questions and concerns promptly.
  • Encourage student-to-student communication and maintain a supportive learning community.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure clear communication.
  • Provide real-time assistance during live classes to support both instructors and students.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to avoid interruptions in learning.
  • Help facilitate a smooth and engaging educational experience for enrolled students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Ability to engage thoughtfully with students in a high-cognitive-demand environment.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting, including helping students join Zoom sessions.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom, with the ability to host student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Must be located in Ukraine for this full-time remote role.
