Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with company policy.
  • Interact with customers in a customer-facing role during deliveries and related service interactions.
  • Support local community-facing and market operations activities as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain required state-specific licenses, registrations, or notary credentials within required timelines.
  • Work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional exposure to extreme weather, while performing physical tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain required credentials such as a notary, chauffeur’s license, vehicle verifier license, or salesperson license depending on location.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler, but applicants must be able to receive training and operate safely.
  • Experience with customer tracking systems is preferred, as notes must be entered accurately.
  • Ability to work seven days a week with rotating weekdays and weekend days off.
  • Available for shifts between 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
