Description

  • Provide direct support to students by phone, email, and online chat.
  • Encourage student-to-student communication and help maintain a supportive online community.
  • Act as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure clear communication.
  • Assist instructors and students in real time during live classes.
  • Proactively resolve student concerns, including technical issues, to prevent disruptions.
  • Help students join live sessions and perform minor troubleshooting when needed.
  • Support a positive, engaging educational environment throughout the student journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Strong intellectual engagement and the ability to understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom, with the ability to host student meetings.
  • Strong time management and resource management skills in a fast-paced environment.
