Description

  • Provide direct support to students via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Encourage student-to-student communication and help maintain an engaged learning community.
  • Serve as the communication link between students and instructors.
  • Support live classes in real time to help ensure a smooth experience for instructors and students.
  • Proactively identify and resolve student concerns, including technical issues.
  • Assist students with minor troubleshooting, such as problems joining Zoom sessions.
  • Help create a supportive and satisfying student experience throughout the course.
  • Manage communication and support tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Ability to engage intellectually with students and understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and the platforms used in the role.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom, with the ability to host student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage resources effectively in a high-stakes environment.
  • Full-time remote availability for candidates located anywhere in South Africa.
