Description

  • Analyze and improve existing processes across departments such as Sales and Customer Support.
  • Reduce manual work by implementing automation tools and AI-based solutions.
  • Handle technical requests in internal chats and resolve issues with tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
  • Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions that support business needs.
  • Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve systems and workflows.
  • Support internal teams with their technology needs and day-to-day tool usage.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple requests and tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively.
  • Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities is preferred.
