Description

  • Support clients in their daily trading operations and post-trade lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure timely settlement, reconciliation, and monitoring of digital asset transactions.
  • Manage counterparty and client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor KPIs for trade operations and manage outstanding settlements.
  • Support spot, lending, and derivatives operations with accurate processing and maintenance.
  • Use blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and related tools to reconcile activity across internal ledgers and external systems.
  • Perform cash positioning and inventory management to optimize treasury, reduce risk, and streamline client settlements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, accounting, finance, traders, compliance, and operations teams to improve workflows and resolve breaks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Create internal reports and presentations and contribute to projects that enhance processes or support new tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting settlement activities for institutional clients in traditional asset classes and crypto assets.
  • Experience with and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
  • Deep understanding of settlement operations, regulatory considerations, and operational considerations across the trade lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, tokens, protocols, and custodial processes.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to manage complex, time-sensitive operational work.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility to identify emerging risks and adapt as goals change.
  • Experience in Python, SQL, or low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the crypto industry landscape and its use cases, including staking and governance.
  • Interest in early-stage startups is a plus.
