Description

  • Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective instructors sourced by the recruiting team.
  • Evaluate candidates’ teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR’s mission and standards.
  • Communicate ELVTR’s vision, values, and opportunity to potential instructors in a persuasive way.
  • Recommend candidates who demonstrate the expertise, passion, and communication skills needed to teach effectively.
  • Transition successful candidates to the production team for course development.
  • Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve future sourcing efforts.
  • Ensure a smooth and structured candidate experience throughout the screening process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on interviewing and screening.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus.
  • Ability to assess talent and recognize what makes a great teacher.
  • Comfortable using recruitment and communication tools; Zoom, LinkedIn, and HubSpot experience is ideal.
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work late hours to align with the North American market.
  • Part-time availability.
  • Open to candidates based in South Africa.
