Description

  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data integration pipelines and workflows.
  • Investigate and resolve complex data issues using SQL and internal tools.
  • Validate imports, analyze transformation logic, and ensure data fidelity within the platform.
  • Evaluate data sources and integration requirements to identify effective technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical issues and next steps clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks independently while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Escalate blockers and risks in a timely manner when needed.
  • Build collaborative relationships across teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Document integration processes, data flows, troubleshooting steps, and technical decisions.
  • Participate in team discussions by asking informed questions and sharing insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in data integration, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Working knowledge of Python, YAML, JSON/ndJSON, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on problems of moderate scope and analyze situations across multiple factors.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage assigned work independently, prioritize competing requests, and escalate blockers or risks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building productive working relationships.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and established practices.
  • Experience with Python/scripting fundamentals and relational database concepts (preferred).
