Description

  • Own enterprise change enablement to support business readiness, data integrity, and stable SAP cutovers.
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Produce.
  • Develop change strategies, communications, and role-based training for end users, super users, and leaders.
  • Track adoption KPIs, readiness dashboards, resistance management, and sponsor engagement activities.
  • Support cutover and hypercare enablement, reinforcement planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder hierarchy maps and RACI matrices.
  • Lead change champion networks and super-user programs.
  • Provide executive communications and regular reporting dashboards.
  • Develop role-based training strategies and learning paths, and coordinate training content with functional leads.
  • Monitor post-go-live adoption metrics, identify process optimization opportunities, and support sustaining engineering activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • SAP domain fluency across MM, SD, FI/CO, and PP modules.
  • Understanding of cross-functional SAP process flows and configuration vs. customization considerations.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, BTP, and modern SAP toolsets.
  • Knowledge of integration points including EDI, CPI, and middleware solutions.
  • Experience using document governance practices such as RACI, version control, process repository hygiene, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external SI/partners.
  • Experience with executive-level stakeholder management and communications (preferred).
  • Experience supporting SAP cutover, hypercare, or post-go-live stabilization activities (preferred).
