Description

  • Support product registration and notification for all e.l.f. Beauty brands across India, GCC, EU, UK, Australia, and Mexico.
  • Create, review, and submit regulatory documentation while tracking registration status and timelines.
  • Collaborate with consultants, distributors, and manufacturers to ensure compliance requirements are met and filings are completed on time.
  • Gather information on upcoming cosmetic, OTC, and packaging regulations and help execute cross-functional action plans.
  • Support registration and reporting needs for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
  • Respond to regulatory questions from retailers regarding e.l.f. Beauty products.
  • Monitor new regulations and amendments and participate in trade association committees.
  • Document regulatory processes to support notification and registration workflows.
  • Support regulatory work across product development, claims review, packaging compliance, EPR, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role.
  • BS degree or higher in a science-related field.
  • Working knowledge of cosmetics regulatory requirements, with emphasis on color cosmetics and skin care.
  • Experience with ingredient, labeling, notification/registration, product claims, and packaging requirements.
  • Understanding of international regulatory frameworks for ingredients, finished products, claims, packaging, and artwork requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort with web-based databases and submission portals.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.

  • Base salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for annual company-based performance bonus, with up to 200% of target bonus when company goals are exceeded.
