Description

  • Perform IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls testing in accordance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
  • Identify control gaps through assessments and process reviews, recommend remediation actions, and track resolution progress.
  • Review SOC reports and support third-party vendor risk management activities.
  • Create and maintain IT policies and procedures, updating them as the IT environment changes.
  • Facilitate quarterly user access reviews and perform quality reviews of the deliverables.
  • Conduct quarterly log reviews, including SAP firefighter logs and administrator activity logs.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of IT compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Support audit preparations and facilitate engagements with internal and external auditors.
  • Create process flow diagrams to document workflows and controls.
  • Manage special IT compliance projects and additional assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, PMP, CRISC, or other technical certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GRC, and NetSuite.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOX requirements, including IT General Controls (ITGCs), Application Controls, and Key Reports.
  • Working knowledge of SOC, PCI, NIST, and ISO standards is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external auditors.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work the listed shift of 4:00pm to 1:00am, extendable as needed.
