Description

  • Manage executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize daily time use.
  • Triage executive inboxes, draft professional replies, and escalate urgent messages as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing accurate meeting minutes.
  • Compile research, gather data, and format reports for meetings and initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and keep team files current.
  • Follow up on standard executive action items and help track ongoing tasks.
  • Prepare internal communications, presentations, and daily briefs using Google Workspace.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly.
  • Strong ability to compile research, organize data, and prepare clear, concise summaries.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence.
  • Prior experience working in a fully remote environment or supporting a distributed team is preferred.
  • Background or familiarity with the digital marketing, SEO, or tech agency space is preferred.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
  • Salary of $800 per month.
  • Direct client relationship with independent communication on client matters.
  • Payment is handled directly by the client rather than by Elevate and Delegate.
  • Vacation leave and holiday timing are determined by the client based on business needs and preferences.
  • Loom-based application process with no traditional initial interview.
