Description

  • Own delivery-related testing activities, including performance testing, measurements, and general test reporting
  • Review, analyze, and assess project requirements and product functionality to create quality control artifacts
  • Prepare and acquire test data required for manual and automated tests
  • Develop, execute, refactor, and optimize automated test scripts
  • Log, evaluate, and document test results and deviations from expected behavior
  • Design test architecture and approaches aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to follow QA best practices and standards
  • Communicate and coordinate with the customer-side stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software quality assurance experience
  • Strong programming experience in Python and JavaScript using Selenium and Playwright
  • Understanding of code architecture best practices such as reusability, maintainability, scalability, and abstraction
  • Experience with source control (Bitbucket/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience working with REST APIs and tools like Swagger and Postman
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases and ability to investigate and understand data
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to problem solving
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
  • Excellent oral and written communication across disciplines and teams, with Upper-Intermediate English
  • Nice to have: experience with Snowflake
  • Nice to have: experience in the financial industry
  • Nice to have: familiarity and willingness to work with AI tools such as Copilot and Augment
