Description

  • Process APJ payroll accurately and on time, resolving discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries through ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate data entry and maintenance of payroll information systems and prepare payroll reports through account reconciliations.
  • Implement data validation checks to improve payroll processing accuracy.
  • Support stakeholders with ad hoc payroll data analysis and timely reporting.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the APJ region.
  • Maintain current knowledge of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to address compliance questions and implement required changes.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external payroll audits.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and streamline processes.
  • Maintain relationships with payroll vendors, review and approve invoices, and monitor SLA and contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll administration experience in the APJ region.
  • Experience with payroll data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of HR management systems, especially Workday.
  • Experience generating payroll reports.
  • Experience using data validation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow for managing payroll inquiries.
  • Experience with TMF Horizon Payroll Vendor operations (preferred).
  • Ability to conduct payroll account reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated success improving payroll accuracy through validation checks, reducing processing time, and supporting compliance and audits.
